The Caribbean Group is a full–service firm that offers "in–house" groundbreaking, infrastructure, framing and final construction services.
We have a dedicated and experienced foreman, a valuable core team, and an excellent reputation in the community.
The Caribbean Group is unlike any other construction or development firm in the area. We are able to control costs and production delays by using many of the referred sub-contractors on the project location that are currently developing the project location.
From original groundbreaking of undeveloped properties to the sales of completed residential housing, we maintain complete control.
The Caribbean Group is dedicated to creating a significant positive impact on the social, economic, and environmental growth of each location they develop and their surrounding areas. We employ 100% of our labor locally, and only use raw materials indigenous to the local area. The protection and preservation of the local environment is also a main focus for any Caribbean Group development.

He has worked in a variety of business environments & systems within the retail, distribution and consumer business industries.
Lou deploys a team oriented approach to process improvement through a facilitative communication style and a commitment to excellence.
Mr. Mazza attended the University of Dayton and is a Certified Public Accountant as well as Certified Internal Auditor.

John has over 10 years experience in property and business management which he has received several accolades. He also completed his property management certification from CIC (The Community Investment Company).
Mr. Carmickle also attended the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) studied and received certificates in financial futures, spreading strategies, and pit mechanic courses.
